Registration FAQ
Can I change my distance?
Yes. This function is in place on Ultra Signup until January 1st. There are a couple of ways to accomplish this:
A) Email Confirmation: An "edit order" link on your confirmation email will let you change things like shirt size or race distance and then Ultra Signup will then simply charge you the difference for moving up a distance, refunded differences are not an option.
B) log into Ultra Signup and follow these steps: Log in > Account Info > Registration History > (find DTER) Edit > make applicable changes. If you're moving up a distance, Ultra Signup will charge you the difference, refunded differences are not an option.
Can I transfer my bib?
Mostly, Yes. This function is in place on Ultra Signup until January 1st as well.
You will see a "Transfer Registration" button on your DTER Ultra Signup "order edit" screen. The order edit screen can be accessed via the Edit link on your confirmation email/receipt or in your registration history (if you did not register as a guest). The original order can be "removed" and a 100% credit is added to the system for the exact event under the transferee's name and email. The transferee is also sent an invitation that will let them bypass a closed or filled event.
